we use only european butter, belgium chocolates & cocoa powder and australian cream cheese and we never compromise on the ingredients of our baked goods. all our products are freshly made using fresh ingredients with no preservatives, no artificial colours and flavourings added so they do have a shorter shelf life than other products on the market.

our sablé cookies are best consumed within 3 weeks from the day they are delivered or picked up. sablé cookies are best kept in cool and dry places, and please keep them in an airtight container at room temperature to prevent humidity from affecting their texture.
our Japanese cotton cheesecakes are best consumed on the day they are delivered or picked up, otherwise the appearance and texture of the cakes might be compromised. to ensure freshness, we recommend you to consume the cheesecake within 5 days.
you can serve the cake at room temperature (fluffiest!). if you are unable to finish the cheesecake on the day of delivery or collection, please keep the cheesecake in a container (or leave them in the original box) and store them in the fridge to retain freshness. the cheesecake will be more creamy and tangy if served chilled. you might just like to try that to taste the difference.
our pound cakes are best consumed on the day they are delivered or picked up, otherwise the appearance and texture of the cakes might be compromised. to ensure freshness, we recommend you to consume the pound cakes within 2 days.
if you are unable to finish the pound cakes on the day of delivery or collection, please keep the pound cakes (unopened) in an airtight container and store them in the refrigerator. let the pound cakes come to room temperature before serving.
we are not halal certified, but our bakes do not contain alcohol or gelatin, unless otherwise stated.

yes, we do provide delivery service daily (except for tuesday and public holidays) from 10.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m. we apologise that we will not be able to guarantee a specific delivery time within a day as it will subject to the driver’s delivery route and availability. orders are not delivered on tuesday and public holidays.
for orders below $40, delivery is $8
for orders $40 and above, delivery is reduced to $5
delivery is free for orders above s$90
The following area surcharges (on top of delivery fee) will automatically be calculated during checkout:
- $5 surcharge applies for delivery to tuas area, for postal codes starting with 627, 628, 629, 637, 638 and 639.
- $5 surcharge applies for delivery to sentosa, for postal codes starting with 098 and 099.
- $7 surcharge applies for delivery to changi airport area, for postal codes starting with 819.
if you are unsure of the delivery fees to your preferred location, please contact us to check before placing an order.
we rely on external delivery services and we charge delivery at cost price to us. we apologise that we are unable to lower the cost of delivery temporarily.
please ensure there is someone available to receive your delivery. please understand that most of our bakes are perishable, therefore, the courier is unable to bring your orders on the road for hours while trying to redeliver. re-delivery, if needed, will be charged according to your order delivery preference.
self-collection can be arranged with prior appointment at tanah merah (except for tuesday and public holidays) from 5.30 p.m. to 7.30 p.m. please arrange the preferred date and time of pick up with us beforehand.
simply complete your information under “billing details”, and the recipient’s information under shipping details by checking the “ship to a different address?” box at the checkout page.
if you would like to order and arrange for the bakes to be delivered to more than one recipient at different shipping addresses, please place individual, separate orders for each recipient and complete the “billing details” and the respective recipient’s information at the “shipping details” accordingly. the orders will be delivered to the respective recipients based on the shipping information provided.
